On December 6, “Pure and Naked” exhibition took place at the Yeghishe Charents House-Museum.
The exhibition is part of the “Interconnection” open call organized by ICA and ArtNexus in July. This initiative aims to foster connections between Armenian museums, curators, and artists through joint projects.
Concept
“Pure and naked” exhibition refers to once unpublished, erotic part of Eghiche Charent’s poetic inheritance, alongside with works of nowadays artists’ around views on nudity and aesthetic interpretations, which explore bodily aesthetics and liberation of nudity in modern contexts.
